The villa ensures absolute privacy from the hustle of cruise ships tourists who walk around in Oia. At this level there is also a kitchenette with a cooker and a refrigerator. The dining area has a dining table with 4 chairs. The bathroom is spacious with a shower.
Outdoors there is a 150 m2 two-level yard, protected by stone walls and glass panels. Of this yard, 70 m2 are covered by sunscreen pergola, a large veranda with table and chairs. There is a 7 m2 pool with Jacuzzi for 4 people offering a fantastic view of the Caldera. The sofas are covered with comfortable pillows and there are carpets on the floors.
